1. The service
Block Throw is a free browser game provided by Laterfix (Nihat Yasin Satar). We may change, pause or end the game and its features without notice. The game is provided "as is"; we do not promise it will always work or be free of bugs.
2. Account and username
- Online modes need a Google sign-in and a username. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- Usernames must not contain swearing, insults, hate speech, impersonation or advertising. We may change such usernames or close the account.
- You may not create an account if you are under 13.
3. Fair play
Cheat software, bots that play for you, exploiting bugs in the game or the servers, boosting the leaderboard with several accounts and harassing other players are not allowed. If this happens we may delete scores, remove the account from the leaderboard or close it.
4. Intellectual property
The game's name, design, code, graphics and sounds belong to us or are licensed to us. You are welcome to play for personal, non-commercial purposes and to share screenshots and videos. Copying the game, hosting it on another site or distributing changed versions needs our written permission.
5. Ads
The game is free and paid for by ads. Google decides what ads show; we are not responsible for the products and services advertised. Clicking ads yourself, or getting others to, to create fake activity is not allowed.
6. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, or for lost scores or data, from using or not being able to use the game.
7. Privacy
How your personal data is handled is described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Questions: see Contact.
