Delete your account

You can delete your Block Throw account and its data at any time, in the game or by email.

In the game (fastest)

1. Open the game and tap your name at the top of the home screen.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Type your username to confirm and tap Delete my account.
4. Google asks you to sign in once more. This proves it is really you, so nobody else can delete your account.

Your account is deleted right away.

By email

If you cannot open the game any more, write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the Google email address you signed in with and include your username, so we can check the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in (the link to your Google account)
• Your username (it becomes free for others), profile, rating and statistics
• Your place on the leaderboard
• Your match replays and shared replay links
• Open friend rooms, matchmaking entries and score tickets

What is kept, and for how long

• Records of online matches you played, without your name, so your opponent's result stays correct: deleted automatically within 7 days.
• The live data of a match (moves): deleted within 3 hours.
• A daily count of ranked games between two players (against rating abuse): deleted within 2 days.
• Server logs, kept by Google Cloud for security for up to 30 days.

Settings kept only in your browser (language, sound, cookie choice) are not sent to us; you can clear them in your browser settings.
